Fees and Insurance

I offer one hour assessments at £160 in order to see how we can work together through your therapy journey.

The session fee for individual therapy is £130. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is payable in advance of scheduled appointments.

There are many therapists who charge more and others who may charge less. Experienced senior Counselling Psychologists will typically charge around this price due to the extensive level of professional training undertaken.

I am registered with Bupa healthcare insurer. Fees for psychological therapy through insurance may vary depending on their set rates.

Cancellations

The full fee is payable for cancellations under 48 hours’ notice.
